They got my money but I have no access to the app! – Oprah Insider Review

Email after email, 1-800 phone call, a tech support email response said they no longer support the app? I got confirmation that they have my money, my subscription is up to date BUT I have NO ACCESS to the MAGAZINE!! Hello ...is anyone out there that can actually help? Or did I just pay good money for nothing?
