What is wrong when I enter the heavenly toys? – Bendy and the Ink Machine Review

I love this game so much I can’t stop watching jacksepticeye play it. I am having problems with going into the heavenly toys though I have everything on my part to get it to work but I keep getting glitches out of the game and can not continue forward. Is it my phone or the game?
