Variety for SAHM – NEOU: Fitness & Exercise App Review

I love being able to switch between workouts with their wide variety of class styles. I really enjoy being able to choose the length of work out and difficulty level because, being a stay at home mom of two, some days I can’t fit in even a 30 minute workout. I also LOVE the price/month because it fits into our budget and I can cancel any time.!
