I love this app!! – NEOU: Fitness & Exercise App Review

I’ve been dancing for 40 years and I started cross training a few years ago. Due to my hectic schedule I really can’t join a gym. This app was made for someone like me! I can workout anytime and anywhere. I highly recommend this app. Plus!!! I’ve been so many calories and definitely seen results from the different classes.
