TERRIBLE SUPPORT, GLITCH – Find Differences: Her Secret Review

I have an iPhone. I also have a glitch in my game. I thought I was dumb and couldn’t do the puzzle. On 7/18, I messaged support for tips (there’s no “hint” option in the mini game). I told them multiple times that I have an iPhone, NOT an Android. They then told me that it’s a glitch and they will fix it. On 7/20, they told me to update my game on Google Play. So, I went to update and there wasn’t one available. I messaged them back and told him and he said it wasn’t available on App Store yet. The response from there was telling me to watch for the update and it’ll be updated in the App Store “soon”. It’s now 7/25 and the update came today but didn’t solve my glitch. The support person I’ve been messaging hasn’t responded to me since 7/22, despite multiple emails sent to them.
