Payment issues – Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards Review

I have used this app for over a year and just ran out of credits - went to purchase more and the app won’t hold my credit card info after it says it’s approved. Wrote them about it and was told they were aware of the problem and to give it 48 hours. Still not fixed. At the least they should have put some credits in my account so I could complete my order. Moving to a new company.
