Is this game even ready to be played? – Catanerator Pro - Settlers of Catan Map Generator+ Review

This game does not appear playable yet. You roll the dice but then it doesn't give you an opportunity to place settlements or make any moves. I would love to see it work, but as it stands, I would just like a refund.
