Does not work – Animal Skins for Minecraft PE - Cape Skins MCPE Review

So first off I love the skins but it will not let me get them! I press one of the skins download it go to Minecraft and do all the steps but...then it's not there so I redo the process and still does not work I got rid of it then got it back to see if it was a bug but nope still the same! I choose different skins there all the same I hope I'm not the only one with this problem.
