Erased all of my data after update – CSmart Classifieds & Feeds Review

This used to work great. June 2019 update broke the app and it has never worked since despite many support emails. I have lost 53 custom searches and every response to customer support Groundhog Days into a complete re-explanation of every problem. Very frustrated to have lost all of my data.
