Wonderful App but location problems – Spotafriend - Meet Teens App Review

I have found tons of ppl on this app and I am greatly satisfied but the problem I’m facing is that when I hit the nearest button in the filters it gives me people from the other side of the country and no where near where I live. Can that please be fixed thanks ?.
