Pay yearly for premium access yet it tells me I am not premium user – Argus: Step and GPS Tracker Review

Why am I paying yearly for this for several years and it says I am not premium user. Still wanted more money to be premium user. It would not even let me log in for longest time till I changed my password. What is up. Can’t get any answers or support
