Problems – Offline Maps Pro - for Google Edition & Wikipedia Review

I’m having problems with my map. I paid $1.99 and I don’t think they downloaded. I paid $9.99 for full maps and I’m still getting the same thing I have gotten with $1.99. I tried to send mail and it didn’t work either.
