App or the platform has weaknesses The SEND verification code to phone to login to the Vault on a PC works ok, but the code to the Phone comes many a time after the PC wait time times out. Secondly, the VPN function had to be turned off or else some smart home functions (like Ring and/or Insteon) would not work. Norton should improve their software.
