why does the app do this – Cubic Castles - Sandbox MMO Review

so i played cubic castles since like 2017 and it deleted my account all the time, when i try to join sometimes, the user name is changed to a different one and i cant get back into my old account with all my items. its fun but not so fun when you literally cant keep just one account. please fix this. and also when im doing something in the game, it takes mr to the home screen of my phone.
