Paid for Full, didn’t get it! – Kids Dinosaur Puzzle Games: Toddlers Free Puzzles Review

So, I just paid the $2.99 for the Full Version and it didn’t unlock everything. I went back into the app download, and it says to Open, and nothing about paying more! What is going on? I want my money back if I’m not getting all the puzzles after paying for them!!
