Waste of time!!!! – Photo Splash photo editor app Review

Photo Splash is The worst photo app I’ve ever gotten! When you Zoom in the picture is pixelated so you can color it in easierWhich is nice except for the fact that when you zoom out it is still very pixelated and blurry I spent a lot of time working on a picture not knowing that when I zoomed out it would be horrible... ?
