Customer service responsiveness was extraordinary – Everlance: Car Mileage Tracker Review

I have NEVER written a review but felt like I had to after the great customer service experience I just received. For some reason the trip reports I requested didn’t have any data in them. I reluctantly sent an email thinking I’d never hear back but they (Diane) reach me within an hour of sending it. We had a handful of quick emails back and forth and got it fixed. You just don’t get that service these days!
