Does it work Out of states? - oversea – Synchrony Bank Review

I like this app . Yes it is user friendly, font size, colors and so on are good to understand . BUT, I have a big but here because it does not work out of states. It worked at very first time but now I am not able to log in it. It is my 2nd month out of states and I still have a month to get back. Still I am able to use web browser but I want make all via app.
