Latest version doesn't work on Verizon iPhone. – Book of Secrets Review

I am a huge supporter of Trylobyte Games, and purchased this app no question. It worked great up until this last update. Not only is the app I paid for now free, but I don't get the new version. The app requires iOS 4.3 now, and we Verizon customers are left out in the cold. I am not sure who is to blame here, Apple, Trylobyte or Verizon. Either way I don't get to play.... ( snifffff!). If you are a Verizon customer, it seems you get kicked out of the pool. :-(
