Loved this app before when It would secure my connection – TOR DeepWeb Browser Review

Now it does not show me that it is securing connection when opening. Messaged the creator with no reply. Can someone help? Anyone know if someone can hack into this app to see what your doing? Can someone help me and tell me why I am not seeing this app show me when opening its a secure connection? Thanks in advance!
