Police – Police Scanner + Fire Radio Review

I was hoping to have my local police calls and Chesterfield Virginia. But all that I am getting is EMS and fire and Richmond medevac on fire. The whole purpose of getting this app was to listen to police calls and I am not receiving any police calls. So this app is a big disappointment. Thanks
