Money back guarantee is a lie. Worst customer support – G2A Review

If you get scammed by a seller the customer support will require you to go to the police. They don’t bother check the code or the seller rating. I just bought a psn code that has the money on it but can’t redeem because the code didn’t active by the merchant yet. I waited for the reply for over a month now. No respond from the seller. And g2a customer support still can’t fix it out i got scam. Here is the code LQJ6-98NF-3EDG I think everyone can check on it if it’s a real code or not. But g2a can’t
