Can’t access my purchase. – Batman - The Telltale Series Review

I wish I could play this game but may be forced to request a refund. After purchasing the multi pack episodes are shown as “coming soon” and are not available for download. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading on a different network; I’ve even tried other (current) devices. It’s a shame because I’ve heard great things about the game.
