Several issues with Tutorial make it unplayable – Steam: Rails to Riches Review

I cannot progress in tutorial. I’ve now restarted it twice, but it requires me to perform an action that I cannot do. I also found a spelling error in the tutorial text. I want to like this game, but I still don’t know how to play because of the broken tutorial.
