App review – SleepSpace: Dr Snooze AI Coach Review
Hi, I most enjoy the power nap setting. It has given me the correct amount of sleep to let me feel refreshed and willing to goon with my evening. I fade in the mid afternoon and the nap mode has taught me to limit my nap time. It helps me a great deal. I am 66 years old and my Family Physician is very impressed with my activity level. I currently lead three exercise classes per week for arthritis sufferers and a Tai chi class each week also.
There is no way I could keep up such a schedule if I were not managing my sleep issues. With Sleep Sonic, I am able to do so.
