I have a question – Tube Tycoon Simulator - Tapper Review

This game came out a few weeks before the YouTube star, Pewidpie, launched his own game called Tuber Simulator. Why is this app so similar? Is it a rushed copy to trick people into thinking pewdiepie released his own version early? Is it an honest coincidence that the two games look very similar? Not hating on the game because I did not play it for very long and it didn’t seem like a bad game. Just inquiring into the release specifications. Thank you!
