Venmo Jr. – Step: Bank & Build Credit Review

Any app that makes it hard to delete a personal account is a red flag for me. It’s a double red flag considering this is a “banking” app that makes it difficult to delete a personal account. Sketchy that you don’t know what Step is until you create an account and when you do, you see that they are just late to the Venmo party (that throws on a 2.5% interest snag as their main service.) Get a checking account at a credible bank. If you aren’t old enough to do that, what are you buying that requires payment method other than cash?
