Issue with sign in – iflix: Watch Asian Dramas Review

Unable to sign in using iOS device. Follow instructions to delete and reinstall app. Does not work. Issue has not been resolved and contact center has not responded after repeatedly saying re-installing will resolve this issue, which it does not.
