Has Potential – Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit Review

This app has the potential to be great. It has a great design the user nav is simple in the app & browser, but once I finally got my bank account connected I fell flat on my face. I couldn’t figure out if it could pull old records to see past trends or know if it was only moving forward. I went to create an account with just CSV files I downloaded from my bank & called it “Other” in hopes that I could start working with some data. However I couldn’t get past the import section. I even edited the headers & separated data out in the CSV file. However, I kept getting the “There’s data in an unusual format” message & it kept telling me to check Row 3 ? When I clicked “Help” the page failed to load & said they were working on it. I’m just not sure what to do at this point other than get the money back for the paid portion & look elsewhere.
