A Paid Subscription only gives you the basics, you will be hit up for an upgrade as soon as you paid – Six Pack in 30 Days Review

The app is fine, simple, straight forward follow along exercises with a timer & instrumental music. Why I would never subscribe again: - When I subscribe to a service or app I would expect I am fully in. To subscribe to this app and immediately find out I only have some features and an upgrade is required..I immediately feel I made a poor decision to purchase. It is as if you subscribe to Netflix and then they say, oh you will need to subscribe to an upgrade plan if you want to watch any movie that has been released in the last 2 years. Oh and why are there, what appears to be ads in a paid subscription service? There are so many of these types of apps out there, I suggest looking for a straight forward, no nonsense app for your money.
