Download this app if your looking for an interval timer for CrossFit like workouts. We purchased the gym clock for work and we downloaded this accompanying app on our phones to control the wall clock/timer. It syncs to the wall clock instantly and the app can be used away from the wall clock, (for instance at home) to time workouts. I love this app.
