Lacks basic polish for a banking app – Yapı Kredi Mobile Review

As of this moment, on an iPhone XS, I am successfully logging on and immediately presented with, stupid upsell advertisement, on which none of the 3 buttons work to dismiss it away so I can go about doing my banking business. Whoever thought of inserting these bank product advertisements need to take into account how they are impacting user experience. In my case, after waiting about a minute, app crashes and as a result I cannot use bank services. very frustrating.
