Ok but.... – Computer Tech Support Community Review

This site is ok, but the answers I got were either way too geeky or, more often, were links to sites for unknown software companies who claimed to have a sure-fire solution for the problem for a price. I've tried enough of the latter to last me a lifetime of frustration and wasted time. A large number of these seemed to go through Google, so I suspect they may be paying the big G for the privilege.
