How to cancel the app?? – InstaClean - Cleaner for IG Review

The app worked for me Just took a long time. Only deleted when the app was opened. But now I can’t log back into my account through IG even when logging out on this app. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CENCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION? Thanks!
