No response for technical help – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

I love the idea behind 7cups however, I paid for the one month membership with a professional therapist. As per the app I have the chance to change my therapist for whatever reason. When I tried to I was unable to change. I contacted the developers thru their email but never got a response. So now I’m down 150 dollars and unable to find the help I need because I can’t change therapist and the only way to do it is to re-apply and pay another 150 dollars. 3 stars because it’s an amazing platform to talk but poor response time.
