A listener who wants to Help – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

I've been a listener on 7 Cups for some time now, and it's been incredibly gratifying! However, I feel my impact and ability as a listener is lessened when I'm not getting notifications about receiving messages. Also, I had a long-standing thread with a member that just completely vanished. Once these issues are resolved, things will be a lot smoother for me!
