Great promise, but no support – TickTick:To-Do List & Calendar Review

This app has real promise, but i struck a few problems and got no response from the developers after 2 weeks. With a subscription model, I think it is reasonable to expect some support. I’ll go back to Things for now and check back in 6 months.
