Confused – DJ Mix Pads 2 - Make A Beat Review

Ok so I just downloaded the app on my iPad and it won't open. Why is this happening? Also I did not want to give you a bad rating just because I did not know what to do, so I'm very sorry if this hurt the status on your game.
