Missing Coins, game freezes, not able to contact support – Farm Frenzy 3: Village Lite Review

Game freezes and when I went back in the coins I purchased are gone! Tried to contact customer service but the website won’t let me. Very hard to upgrade the helicopter as it is blocked by the task menu
