Volume is always on....irritating – Four in a Row - Pro Review

Sometimes I just want to play and listen to music but because it never lets you turn the volume or sound off (even though it says it is off, it really isn’t), you can’t do both. The sound is always on and is loud. Very frustrating and irritating.
