Video only News stories are not helpful – KOAT Action 7 News Review

I really like KOAT news coverage. I especially love streaming news; I use it regularly. So thank for you for that. When I see a news story that comes up as an iPhone alert or Facebook feed and it’s video only, it is not helpful. I would suggest you either add the text script or captioning on the video. When it’s video only and I am in a public place or with people around, I cannot turn up the volume. Thank you!
