WHY CANT WE WITHDRAW OUR MONEY??? – Oppa Review

My paypal email is the same as my Oppa email. My paypal is verified. My account balance is greater than $25 I meet all requirements. Why can’t I withdraw my money? Why can’t I contact support? Many other users having same problem and gathering info against this app developer. WHY CANT WE WITHDRAW OUR MONEY????
