Need help!! – Photo Vault Lock Photos Album Review

I enjoy this app and it works great...when I use it. Where I haven’t used it in a couple weeks, I seemed to have forgotten my password. I’ve tried a a few methods that I’ve seen in the reviews by other users and no luck. Is there another way to reset your passwords? Any help would be great! Thanks
