Doesn’t work – Wallpaper fixer - Fix wall papers and scale, rotate and crop backgrounds for iOS 7 Review

This *would* be a great tool to fix wallpapers if you could choose a picture to edit, but unfortunately all you can do currently is play around with the default picture.
