Account Issue – Hopeless Heroes: Tap Attack Review

I've been having account issues for days now. I already contacted them but no one has gotten back to me. I spent money on this app yet I can't access the stuff bought or use like 50% of other functions. I'm starting to feel like it's just a scam.
