5 stars for the music, 0 stars for the ads – AccuRadio: Curated Music Radio Review

AccuRadio would be go-to app if it were not for the annoying advertising. The choice of stations seems unlimited; it set up a playlist of my most listened to songs and I really enjoy that, as well as the option to make blended stations from several artists. I understand that you need to pay the bills but maybe you could run an ad-free paid monthly service as well, or a reasonably priced annual subscription in addition to the ad-supported version. As it stands, I rarely listen for more than a few minutes at a time because I hate being constantly interrupted by advertising. In my opinion your music selection is much better than Pandora, but I use that more often because I can pay $5 a month and listen off line. I could listen to local radio if I enjoyed advertising every 5 minutes. Someone mentioned banner ads instead of audio ads, that would definitely improve the listening experience for everyone. I’ve used your Roku app and I don’t recall the advertising, it should work the same for iOS.
