Doesn’t work on Apple TV – Nick Jr - Watch Kids TV Shows Review

I’ve been trying to log in with my Spectrum account on an Apple TV for over 2 weeks. When I do it just goes to a 404 error page. Do you plan on fixing this anytime soon? I didn’t write sooner because I thought it would be fixed by now? What gives? Fix it please!!!
