I got a problem – Offline Files & Web Browser Review

Well I didn't use this amazing app for approximately a month I and now that I'm using it, while opening videos it isn't popping up asking me to download it... I redownloaded the app but it does the same... Can you please help me fixing it or is there any other ways for downloading vids???
