Need assistance please – Easy Repost for Instagram Review

Based on reviews, this app seems to meet at least most of my needs. I have multiple feature pages on Instagram and use a repost app daily. Unfortunately, I am attempting to sign up for your free trial, but the Touch ID does not respond. Because it is inside your app, I am hoping you can help me.
