Problem cashing in tokens – KO Trivia: 24/7 Quiz Show Review

I signed up on my iPad and then on my phone.... on my iPad I use my Facebook... it seems I have a problem now ...the iPad won’t won’t take my email... which is how are you can cash in tokens..Please help
